Pregnancy and new parents

Baby Boot Camp offers indoor and outdoor stroller-based classes to help moms and dads get fit.

Birth and Beyond. A Seattle retail store which offers several parenting classes, taught by nurses and lactation specialists, including a First Weeks class ($10 donation). 206-324-4831.

Boot Camp for New Dads. Support and education for fathers.

What help you can provide for moms in terms of help that tie to financial help, people, or other things you can offer them.

JEF: This can be areas where you can provide connections that help moms better navigate during and after pregnancy. Are there partners that will do mommy makeovers to help with the mental stress they are under for example.
